Q: Does H3 Hi-Res support wired mode or wireless mode?

A: Hi-Res is only supported by wired headphones, but not in wireless mode. Our current Hi-Res is a wired version, and we plan to add a wireless version to subsequent new models.

Q: Can the mid- and high-frequency sound quality be improved by upgrading the firmware on the APP?

A: You can upgrade the sound quality by upgrading the app.

Q: Can active noise reduction be turned on in wired mode?

A: Active noise reduction cannot be turned on in wired mode; it is supported only in wireless mode.
